Mission Trip Donation Information Form

Financial support for this trip is tax deductible when given with the understanding that it supports the Global, National, and Local Outreach of University Baptist Church (UBC). Contributions received in response to a specific team member’s request for support may be used by the entire team. These contributions are under the control of UBC and are only used to accomplish the ministry goals of the church. No refunds can be made.
