Here at UBC we have three primary roles that help us to categorize your level of involvement.

1. Core Team: This is a small group of 7-9 people who are responsible for overseeing the missional and/or mercy initiative efforts of UBC. This group of individuals develop plans, implement strategies and make recommendations to the church leadership regarding missions and mercy ministry initiatives. They are responsible for the operational aspect of UBC's missional and mercy ministry efforts and everything that entails.

2. Coordinators: These are individuals with leadership or organizational skills who want to lead projects, task or activities related to missions and/or mercy ministry initiatives at UBC.

3. Volunteers: These are those individuals who are willing to help with missional and/or mercy ministry efforts but do not want any leadership responsibility.
